Waiting for Snow

We're told a storm is headed this way tomorrow that should bring SNOW!! I am really hopeful we get some since we missed the white Christmas here in Atlanta. In order to celebrate this likely snow Carolyn wore her most "snowy" outfit!

Sadly, she was sick AGAIN this week so I never made it to the grocery store and we have NO food. Hrmmm... excellent timing! Poor Adam is off to the grocery store now to meet the masses there. I'm not big on stock up before the storm because we usually have plenty of food but we did need a thing or two.
Carolyn is really enjoying her jumper and exercauser these days.

Don't judge her for needing to stand on a box. Somebody has to be the 3% for height! 23 3/4 inches to be exact. Can you image how it's going to break our back when she learns to walk? We are going to be bent WAY over to hold her tiny hands.
The rest of her appointment went well except for in the weight category. She only weighed 11lbs 2oz... which is less than she weighed at 4 months. So... we're working on that and will be back at the doctor on Tuesday to check in.
So close to having the confidence to sit without assistance!

  3. She sure is happy, just like all the Brumfields' when it snows. She will love a snowman right outside the window (something else for Adam to do).

  7. She looks so healthy and happy in all the pictures! Such a cutie! When she starts eating and walking she will surprise you. She may just be a petite cutie little gal running around everywhere. Hard to believe I kept Jef for 3 weeks when he was 7 mos. old and you were 3 yrs. old. Loved those weeks and your Dad couldn't understand why I cried when I had to leave Jef after Mom and I drove him back to Savannah! You were both such a joy to Vaughn and I since Judi and Phil were away at school/Thailand! I remember we really had the snow and I have really cute pics of Jef on the round sled. you had already left so I brought you a cooler full of snow and you and yours friends had a snow fight at 9:30 at night in Savannah. You had never had snow in Savannah at that time! Sorry brought up the memories but Carolyn being such a doll and talking about snow just pulled them to front of my wonderful memories! Love to all, Aunt Peggy
