10 Months Old

Here's the latest:

1. Standing is still her favorite and just last night she took her first few cruising steps along the ottoman. The challenge we're having is that she's so tiny most of our furniture is too tall for her!
2. She's moving from sitting to her belly and will roll across the room when she's after something. I hope crawling is in our future (specifically before our Memorial Day beach trip!)
3. She loves to laugh, especially at the sounds she can make!
4. She also loves to read books and turn the pages herself. Often times we don't get to finish the page before she is on to the next one.
5. She's eating three meals a day and having a bottle at bedtime. Dinner is the only baby food meal as I'm not quite ready to try and cook her meat myself.
6. We switched her to Soy Formula on Friday as I suspect she has a dairy allergy. Time will tell if that makes a difference.

My absence the last few days in blogging could only mean one thing - a sick baby. Little Miss has had a horrible cold and was up two nights with a fever. She's also cutting a few teeth, tooth number 9 is through but I see 10 and 11 so they may be here any day. The worst of the cold is behind us but you can see a red stuffy nose in the picture.

Don't be fooled by the double chin. She's still so far from the chart I'm second guessing her age...

Hopefully I'll get some cute 10 Month pictures in the next day or two. I've got a real treat ready to post this coming Sunday for her dedication.
