Milestones

While still very petite our baby girl is growing fast! We went in for a quick 3 month check-up Tuesday and she weighs 10lbs!! I am so proud of her and the fact that she now wears her 3 month size clothes comfortably, as shown below. :-) I love her in tiny pants, it's hilarious.
She's also taken a liking to the bathtub without the sling. She still hasn't outgrown the sling but much prefers being able to see her toys and splash her feet.

The only problem is she makes this face for about 90% of bath time. The other 10% is spent in a staring contest with her yellow ducky. I have no idea why she makes this face, or why she looks like she's falling, but she never cries until I get her out of the tub. For this reason, I must assume this is a happy face?

Tuesday was a big day all around at our house. Daddy's birthday, weigh in at the doctor, AND Carolyn learned to pull the toys on this bouncy seat and make them play music. She's been batting at them for a week or two but Tuesday I was completely caught of guard when I heard music playing. At first I thought it was my phone but nope... just Carolyn playing with her toys.

I wonder is she's sticking her tongue out because she's concentrating so hard? Also, she is not in a gang. Don't be fooled by her preference to wear one pants leg pulled up.
